Director
Caroline’s career includes 22 years in the NHS and 18 years here in Arundel running a highly successful Doctors Locum Agency providing medical staff to the NHS nationwide. This wealth of experience has provided the backdrop for starting Premier Nursing in 2006 and all it stands for “Quality not Quantity”.
Caroline is an avid reader and will always be found listening to classical music, whilst closely following English cricket.

Elysa has many years of working in the care industry, having owned her own homecare agency in the past, she is very family orientated which is one of the reasons she joined Premier Nursing.
Elysa’s role within the company is payroll and account management. Elysa loves a family holiday with all her children and grandchildren, so looks forward to coming back for a rest! The family also have a love for animals especially horses and dogs.
Care Co-Ordinartor
Karen has a strong background in reception & admin roles as well as account management for large corporate companies focusing on lead generation and sales B2B. At Premier Nursing Karen is our “Queen of Charts” and her role is to co-ordinate / match the right carers skills to the clients needs.
Karen is certainly our green fingered lady, if she's not in her garden she is certainly out and about in search of the perfect cream tea.
Care Quality Administrator
Michelle has over 25 years of care experience, which started from caring for her brother at a young age and going on to gain experience in care training. At Premier Nursing Michelle now specialises in Care compliance ensuring standards and all care needs are fully met.
Michelle enjoys live music with a wide variety in taste, although the majority of her working career has been in care she has worked in the beauty industry so enjoys a little pamper now and then.
